Victor brings three decades of experience in the financial sector. Before joining Value Base, Victor served as co-CEO of Meitav-Dash, overseeing the firm’s investment activities. Together with Ido Neuberger, Victor founded Apex in 1993, and together are credited with growing the company organically and through M&A transactions to become Israel’s second largest asset manager with $40B assets under management.

Yair brings over 25 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience to Value Base, with expertise in leading complex M&A transactions, including, local and cross border transactions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, and public equity transactions on behalf of both private equity firms and for private and public corporate clients. Before joining Value Base, Yair served as CEO of Meitav- Dash Mergers & Acquisitions, a leading player in the Israeli investment banking industry. Before becoming an investment banker, Yair was with McKinsey & Co. In London and New York where he led teams advising Fortune 100 companies on new market development, acquisitions, and strategy. Yair also serves as Chairman and CEO of Eden Energy Discoveries (TASE: EDEN), a public company engaged in in oil & gas exploration. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics and Business from Tel Aviv.

Amir Nahum has 13 years of experience in the capital market, in his previous positions he served as the manager of the underwriting department of a joint company with Ayalon Investment House and as a desk manager in the trading room of Excellence Investment House. Mr. Nahum took part in leading and managing numerous and complex issuances, distributions and transactions, both private and public, involving people. Amir holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management with a specialization in finance at the Open University and holds a license for investment consulting and portfolio management.

Mr. Yaacobi has over 20 years of experience in a variety of investment management and strategic consulting positions in the Israeli and global capital market. Mr. Yaacobi specializes in building investment structures following successful execution of many transactions as a buyer, a seller, and a consultant.

Prior to joining VBF, Mr. Yaacobi served as a partner in Shamrock Growth Fund, where he sourced and led processes for identification, investment, value creation and successful sale of companies in different industries. In addition, he served as a strategy & corporate finance consultant during his tenure at McKinsey & Co. Mr. Yaacobi is a Certified Public Accountant, holds an MBA with distinction from Cornell University and a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the Tel Aviv College of Management.

Mr. Kaver is a specialist in capital markets, and brings over 20 years a deep understanding and experience in managing IPOs, M&A activities, valuations, due diligence, prospectus drafting and company restructuring for debt offerings and raising capital. Lior served as CFO with several public and private companies, including Meitav-Dash (formerly – Ds Apex). Prior to his CFO positions, Lior worked as an audit manager at the Israeli office of E&Y Israel. Lior also serves as a Director in several private companies. He holds an LLM in Law for CPA from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management.
